Obligations of a Builder

 The builder is responsible for maintaining the structural plans and foundation by the code. Applications and notifications

The water supply, sewage control, fire service, electrical safety, and other relevant authorities must issue the builder a no objection certificate (NOC). To make sure that the construction doesn't encroach on other people's properties, NOC may be requested from the neighbors.
